YOGA!! Since I do yoga, (i injured myself , so be careful), it really helps for sleeping!
If your husband could help you , even just orale, it could be greatable for you.
But it is opposite , then ignore him, don't concentrate on him, just on yourself.
Since he comes back late, you can try to do yoga, and finish just before his coming, then go to bed.
Good quality of sleeping is much more important than the duration.
