大研究奖项。
b)Number and Value of Awards:Up to ten prizes are awarded
annually with a maximum of 2.5 million per award。每年授予至多十人
(注:有些年份略多,11人),每位获奖人至多250万欧元科研基金(注:给研
究组的科研经费。从这点看很明显这个奖项不大可能颁给博士后个人)。
c)需要很复杂的提名和选拔程序,而且个人自己不能提名本人(It is not
possible to nominate yourself.)。试想一个刚到德国工作一两年的中国博士
后,工作才刚刚起步,有没有可能得到强有力的提名?如果有,那么该是怎样的
重大科研进展?退一万步说,假如有了如此的成果,不是比得了这个奖更值得荣
耀?那还不变本加厉的吹嘘?

2)Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize 这个奖颁发给在德国工作的杰出科
学家,只接针对实验室主要负责人,奖金也用于实验室科研,不可能颁发给不是
PI的博士后。
3)在杨校长做博士后工作期间,Prof. Hans Wolfgang Spiess 确实获得了
Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize. 根据个人简历,他在去MPI之前的1981年已
经拿到教授职位,这个在德国非常不容易。而MPI总是找顶尖的教授加入其团队
并提供充足的经费。Spiess实验室从1985年起每年发表十余篇NMR方面的论文。
一切都说明Spiess教授在这个领域已经是权威人物。这个奖项是对他科研贡献的
肯定与鼓励,和谁是博士后做了什么无关。
