Matching AP invoices, preparation for payment both in RMB and USD
Liaise with suppliers for payment and account reconciliation
Assists in the monthly closing of accounts, AP and related reporting
Inventory System cost and retail price control, vendor information management

Familiar with the accounting system and inventory management system
Good MS Excel skill in performing database management is a must;
Good analysis skill and sensitive with numbers
A fast learner with flexible attitude to adapt new changes and challenge;
Able to work independently with good communication skills
Min 8 years experience in financial accounting in trading companies
Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline
